Mystery of History Structure and Resources

The Mystery of History (MOH) Volumes are written by Linda Lacour Hobar - from a Christian, young-earth, perspective, teaching children to see God's hand throughout history...and how the Gospel of Jesus is the mystery behind all of history!

It is written in a conversational style in which the family will learn about a range of famous characters - mini-biographies integrated with events of the time period.

The history curriculum is arranged in quarters and weeks. Each quarter begins with a summary of events to introduce the time period;

The lessons progress chronologically - and each week has 3 main lessons, a pretest, a review and exercise or quiz. There are 108 lessons.

The activities are broken down by age group being based on the classical divisions of grammar, logic and rhetoric with reviews and material which goes into more depth as it moves through the stages.
